Dividend Policy

The company's charter contracts provide good earnings visibility which in turn offers dividend potential. For 2010 and 2011, the net profits exceed c30% of NAV, offering dividend potential. However, the  cash resources have to be managed for growth and working capital. Over the medium term, the Fund will be able to pay a growing dividend that will be correlated with the extension of its fleet and improving asset prices.
