Panagiotis Gennimatas has been a special adviser to the Ministry of Merchant Marine, Athens, Greece. Special adviser to the Prime Minister of Greece dealing with international relations and relations with EEC and European Parliament (1980-1981). Advisor to the Greek Minister of Trade. Advisor to the Hellenic Industrial Development Bank and to various private financial and project management groups. Vice President VIPETVA S.A., subsidiary of the Hellenic Industrial Development Bank, responsible for construction and management of industrial areas (1986-1990). Chairman of EUROSEC Securities S.A., member of the Athens Stock Exchange (1990-1994). Senior advisor in the Bank of Greece in charge of international relations, commercial banks supervision and information systems (1993-1994). Vice Chairman of the Management Committee of the Eutopean Investment Bank, Luxembourg (1994-2000). Since then, Honorary Vice Chairman of the EIB. Founder and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMEGA Bank, Athens leading company of the Omega Group of companies (2000-2006).

Leo Polemis (“LP”) is also a senior Executive at Seacrest Shipping Co. Ltd, a London based Agency and International Commercial Shipping Services group. Since 1992, he has been in charge of restructuring the international group’s Operations, Technical and Chartering sectors as part of a wider re-organization within this entity. He is also responsible for strategy on behalf of the clients in managing their funds in shipping investments. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London, a Masters in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Michigan, USA and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, USA. He is also a registered ship broker at the Baltic Exchange in London. A board Member on the Union of Greek shipowners and BV Classification committee.
Konstantinos S. Mavropoulos

Konstantinos S. Mavropoulos is also the Founder and Managing Director of Cargotrust Insurance Brokers Ltd., one of the major insurance broking houses in Piraeus specializing in cargo, transportation liabilities, marine Hull, P&I, as well as in Marine Risk Management. Among his other shipping activities, he participated in the establishment of the first Hull Mutual Association in Greece, as well as in the establishment of BMS Hellas S.A. in Greece, an affiliated company of BMS International Intermediaries, specializing in re-insurance broking. Shareholder and Board Member of BMS Hellas S.A. (2001 �" 2004). He holds the position of Vice chairman of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Greece and he is a board member and Treasurer of the Association of Lloyd’s Brokers Representatives in Greece, The Marine Insurance Committee of the Hellenic Insurance Companies Association, the Professional Chamber of Piraeus and the Baltic Exchange. He studied in Polytechnic School of Patras University, in Civil Engineering department.

Themis Kalapotharakos (“TK”) is also a senior Executive at Remi Maritime Corp. a Piraeus based Ship Management Company, part of the Polemis Group. TK is also the co-founder of PIMEX Ltd a London based company established to promote the trading of freight derivatives and act as the sole advisor of the Athens Derivatives Exchange for shipping. Since 2004 he has been managing company’s operations in Greece. Before that he was a shipping professional at Seacrest Shipping Co. Ltd where he was involved in ship management and operations. TK is a member of the Institute of Petroleum (IPE) in London, holds a Bachelors in International Transport and Maritime Studies from Cardiff University and an MSc in Trade, Transport & Finance from City Business School in London.

Kyriakos E. Maroulakos is also the Founder and Managing Director of RWA GROUP, advertisment Company in Athens. He was for 12 years General Manager for G.M.O.D.C. for Middle East and Africa Region. He was also Consultant for Rexnord International and also for Universal S.A.. He was Advisor to the General Secretary of Communication during the Olympic Games 2004 in Athens. He holds the degree of Naval Engineering also he studied in University of Birmingham in Alabama in Business and Marketing.

Since 2003, he has been marketing and arranging finance for the Shipping, Offshore, Rolling Stock, Aircraft and property sectors on behalf of MDT a London based arranger. Before that has held positions as Partner-Business Development at Actinor Shipping ASA/Marine Investment Management AS, Oslo. Principle and founding partner of Marine Investment Management, founded Dec. 1999. Vice President-Credit at Credit Lyonnais/PK Airfinance Luxembourg. Assistant General Manager at Christiana Bank (presently Nordea Bank, Norway), Head Office in Oslo, Norway and Luxembourg subsidiary. Head of Transportation/Project Finance, Luxembourg. Responsible for starting and heading-up the bigticket asset finance business in Continental Europe. Member of Credit Committee and Senior Management Seaway Shipping AS and R.S. Platou, Oslo, Norway; Andresens Bank A.S., Oslo, Norway Investment/ finance. Since 1982 has been involved in generating volumes of 3.0 BUSD, during the period 1991-1999 was approx. 2 BUSD involving approx. 260 transactions. SH has graduated from the Norwegian Academy of Banking in the top percentile category (1984), Lawrence University, Appelton WI. through Sophomore year under BA, Program (1973-1975).
